1、 Protection performance: The protection level of this dust filter box is KP100. Different from ordinary KN series products that only protect against non oily particles, it can efficiently intercept non oily dust, smoke, mist, and various oily aerosols (industrial oil mist, oil fume, etc.) at the same time. According to national standards, the filtration efficiency of KP100 grade for non oil and oil particles is not less than 99.97%, and it can intercept fine particles including PM0.3.

4、 Usage and maintenance tips: It is recommended to determine the replacement cycle reasonably based on the dust concentration in the working environment, usage time, and the status of the filter cotton in the observation window. When the filter cotton shows obvious discoloration, serious dust accumulation, or significant increase in respiratory resistance, it should be replaced in a timely manner.
The product should be stored in a cool, dry, and non corrosive gas environment, avoiding direct sunlight and compression.
Before use, please check the appearance of the filter box for any damage, whether the sealing ring is intact, ensure that it is correctly installed with the face mask, and conduct an air tightness test.
